Ralph Perkins is the founder and co-director of Tuberville. He began Tuberville as a Community gardening project with his father, Peter Perkins, in 2004. Tuberville’s mission is to increase awareness of issues that surround hunger. His goals are to help people to create sustainable, replicable, and scalable projects that help fight hunger. He wants people to know about Tuberville and to have the opportunity to get involved with Tuberville or to use the Tuberville model to start their own projects.
By day Ralph has cultivated a successful career in the concert touring business. Since 1990, he has toured with credits including Production Manager for Faith Hill on the 2001 Soul2Soul tour and more recently as Production Manager for the James Taylor 2011 World Tour.
He currently resides in Colchester, Vermont with his wife Jeannie at the site of the original Tuberville Community Garden. His time is split between producing event productions everywhere from Boston to Belfast and supporting the work of Tuberville.
